This fabulous vintage 1960s tassel style brooch is so unusual and really pretty.  It has metallic blue faux pearls and is on a gold tone backing, it comes with a roll-over fastener.  The tassel faux pearls are hung on a gold tone chain.  It is in excellent vintage condition.
